He is a decisive leader with experience building and implementing sales strategies, sales operations, sales enablement and business intelligence. For the last 10 years, Private Equity Companies such as Blackstone Group and Oaktree Capital have recruited and entrusted John to come into their portfolio companies that are in need of a strategic and sales overhaul. Currently, John is Head of Sales Operations & Analytics at Valeant Pharmaceuticals overseeing sales strategy, sales operations, sales enablement, and analytics.
