Richard Sheng leads Customer Experience Analytics at TE Connectivity, a $12Bn public company that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor solutions for a variety of industries.  In his new role, he will drive the Corporate Net Promoter Score survey and cross-functional projects to unify Voice of Customer touchpoints and analytics for the company.  Richard was formerly in the Global Data Science and Strategic Analytics team, working with Marketing and Sales Executives on strategic analytics projects that have created multi-million dollar revenue impact.  Prior to TE, Richard was an Investment Banker at Nomura Securities, pitching and executing debt & equity offerings for Technology, Media and Financial Technology institutions.  Before Nomura, Richard was a Principal Consultant in the SAP Data Science team, working with clients like Disney, Altria, Fedex and many other large corporations across industries.

Richard has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, where he received the Abraham & Julienne Krasnoff Scholarship. He completed his Bachelors of Applied Science in the School of Engineering at Simon Fraser University, where he received the Gordon Shrum Full Scholarship.
