In 2017 took the responsibilities of leading strategy and implementation related to partnerships and ventures with academia and industry, as well as talent acquisition for data science and informatics.
Education background includes a degree in Veterinary medicine from the University of São Paulo State in Brazil, as well as M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in quantitative genetics and a graduate certificate in bioinformatics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
